In a faraway town, there was a rich man.
He was concerned with the unemployment rate among the youth of his community, so he decided to help them and put them through a simple test.
He sent his servants to put up 3 posters for job placement in three strategic places in the town.
The king was pleased, and the youth were excited. A certain number of entries were accepted, and some were chosen for the interview.
On this faithful day, the rich man decided to disguise himself as the cleaner of the house. The first guy came in, expecting to see the rich man. But he saw a man sweeping, he hissed.
"How many years have you been the cleaner in this house?.... So you have been sweeping for 10 years in this house. This man is wicked o. And he's inviting people for work. I can't clean and will never. All these rich people are wicked. "
The second guy came in,
"So the man wasn't at home and asked us to come. Oga, tell us your boss not to dey use us play again. We'll burn his house down if he plays with us. We're the youth of the future. Help us if you wan help us, no dey use us play gamble". He left.
The last guy came in,
"Can I assist you in cleaning the environment? I saw some dust as soon I entered the compound. Before oga go come." He waited for an hour before the man later revealed himself.
"Wow, Oga..so na you."
The rich man who wanted to travel out, placed him over his company in that town, with other incentives.
In 2023,
1. Don't look down on anyone.
2. Open doors might be hidden in that dark forest.
3. God's word can come from an "unknown" or unfamiliar corner.
4. Prepare in humility, reap in greatness.
5. Honor all men.
6. Being poor isn't synonymous with humility. It is a character thing.
