BIRTHING PROPHECIES
1 Timothy 1:18 This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;
1 Corinthians 14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
1 Corinthians 14:3 But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
What is Prophecy?
"Prophecy is a supernatural enabling by the Spirit of God to hear His voice and then deliver the message of what that voice is saying. I believe that you cannot prophesy without the unction of the Spirit. If you are prophesying without God then you're not prophesying from the correct source. The difference between psychics and prophets in the Kingdom of God is the source of their revelation. We get our source directly from the Holy Spirit. Biblical prophecy is speaking the words of God by the unction of the Holy Spirit." - Lynley Allan
Thus, a Prophet is a sanctified vessel purchased by the blood of Jesus, that speaks forth on behalf of God, or someone that lends God his vocal cord as a means of an instrument to speak.
God can speak over a family and watch that word to find expression by finding a man who will stand in the gap. The house of Eli failed to align to God's protocols and standards, God had to change His direction.
Prophecy can be:
1. Revelational. That is, via dreams, visions, trance.
2. Inspirational. You're inspired to speak forth. Inspired to write. Inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is inspirational.
2 Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
Prophecy is flying here and there, and you can remember the one you received Early this year. God is fully Committed to His word. There are spiritual laws to be followed in birthing those words. We have a huge part to play.
Do you remember the One God gave you via His word, dream, through a sanctified believer, vision, and many others? They are not for decoration but for expression.
Playing with sin, indiscipline, and a prayerless life will delay the prophecy or shift it. You can trigger that prophecy by aligning to God's Nature and conduct.
When you see someone who called himself a prophet but disobey God's word, he's out of alignment and whatever he says will be by a familiar spirit, not the Holy Spirit.
God's nature and His gifts are inseparable.
When a word of prophecy comes to you.
1. Watch it with consecration.
2. Follow it by prayer.
3. Secure it by obedience as a lifestyle.
Don't go and sit down, and be living carelessly and think they will manifest like magic. Prophecy can be delayed or shifted. Speaking forth is easy but birthing it works in collaboration with righteousness.
If God's word is for you to become a Kingdom Financier, don't go and sit down. Understand what God wants you to do. What business did He want to bless you through? A skill, a job - there must be a rod in your hand.
When a word comes from a genuine man of God, it must be followed. Else, the word will wander and people will think that the man of God isn't genuine. The Spirit of God is always looking for men who will align to Him to birth His Intentions. Our alignment isn't only gotten through prayer, it must be sauced with a Righteous lifestyle.
Beloved, it is time to bring God's word to pass in your life, job, and family.
Alignment in prayer, obedience, Righteousness, fasting, giving, honoring, obeying Kingdom Laws, and Biblical Principles will hatch the prophecies.
And also, don't give up.
The Lord will perform His word concerning you, concerning that situation, concerning that child and your family.
Genesis 21:1 And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken.
