Pastoral Work
People admire the pastor from outside, not knowing what he battles from within. They are men chosen by God to be His Hands and Feet (Genuine ones). God guide you through their hands, and direct you also. Your pastor is unique in his own way, stop comparing him with another. Stop measuring his anointing with another person.
They are men, who has weaknesses and also face challenges more bigger than you'll face as a sheep. Many battles are fought for you by them, without letting you know.
You think it is easy?
There are many who are struggling to pay their children school fees, and yet labouring over your life for you to prosper. He may come on Sunday to shake everywhere, but within He needs encouragement.
He's not a begger, because God will definitely take care of His Instruments, but still you and I got a lot to do. Pastoral Work isn't for boys. It demand sweat, more tedious than any other works.
Your pastor may not be famous or everywhere, he May not have all the dimensions of God, but the ones he has makes him to stand out in the Court of Heaven.
They were once great follower, because they became a leader. If we also follow well, our leadership will be a great one. Apostle Paul was ministered to. Elijah was ministered to.
Celebrate your pastors.
You can gift them.
You can call them.
You can text them.
You can visit them
You can pray for them.
Don't wait till they make mistakes before you come outside to talk.
If you think blessing your pastor with a gift is wrong, then you're bedeviled.
Appreciate him.
Appreciate his wife.
Appreciate his family.
You're sowing a seed for yourself.
