The Armor of Warfare.
2 Corinthians 10:4
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
The armour we are talking about here isn't human ware, but spiritual ware. We understand that life is spiritual, therefore it must be dealt with, with spiritual handles. For the spiritual controls the physical. The physical realm was made from the spiritual. Our weapons of warfare aren't weak, when we know how and when to deployed them. For "we are not ignorant of the devil's device". Yes, to counter those device is to deploy our weapon of warfare. We are not fighting the enemy by guns and snipers. No! Not a gun can kill a demon. As Christians God has so much made available to us, weapons of warfare, to stay victorious all time.
Here are Few
1. The blood of Jesus.
Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
At the sight of His Holy blood, not even a demon can stand. It is the blood that prevails, our emblem of victory! When the enemy sees the blood, they'll pass by. The blood is a mark of Touch not. It is that blood that paid in full our victory on the cross.
2. The Name Of Jesus
Philippians 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
The Name of Jesus is the same thing as His presence. When you that Name the enemy disappeared. How powerful is that Name.
3. The Indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
The presence of the Holy Spirit in you serve as a shield and a mark of touch not. You now Christ's. The enemy can't touch you, because you are the apple of God's eyes.
4. The Mark of Christ.
Galatians 6:17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.
What do apostle Paul mean by this?
(a) It simply mean, you are Christ's, as long as you have given your life to Jesus, you are His. Your body is God's temple. He lives you, so it is impossible for the enemy to touch you.
Psalms 105:15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
(b)
It can also mean, giving your life to Christ which is secured in Him. Beloved, have you met the Lord? This is the time to hand over your life to Jesus, it is safe in His Hands.
Say this prayer:
Father in Jesus Name, I acknowledged that I'm a sinner. Have mercy on me, wash me with the precious blood of your only begotten Son. Take over my life, and let me live for you from now and forever in Jesus Name. Help to follow you till the end by your grace in Jesus Name. Amen
