Seasons and Times
I was watching a documentary a few minutes ago, and one reality that hit me was the passage of time and the delicacy of decision-making. Some of the people in this documentary are long gone, and while others are still alive, biting their fingers in regret.
It means it is better to make the right decision when you're young because they are picture frames for old age.
Once you understand that your decision isn't only about you, you'll be sober.
Another reason why you should think carefully is that you never know the height you will get to. Will your decision hold you ransom or be a catalyst for growth?
Decisions are very important, it transcends from life to eternity.
What decision are you making as a teenager or a young adult?
Sleeping around, drinking, doing hard drugs, and playing games with destiny will take a toll on you in a few years.
What should you do?
“Lord, I know that people’s lives are not their own; it is not for them to direct their steps.” Jeremiah 10:23 NIV
Ecclesiastes 12:1 says, remember your Creator in the days of your youth.
We don't know how to lead ourselves or make the right decisions, and because of the future God has for us, we need Him to guide us.
Take a prayer, ask God for direction.
Read the bible and know God's ways.
Foolishness and Success are two unparallel lines; they will never meet. The purpose of God must be met with a decision to live a life that is honorable. The days of our youth are very delicate, sensitive, and important years.
Many never recover.
