Job 42:5 I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee.
There's nothing so crucial and and urgent than hearing from God. There's nothing so important and beautiful than hearing from God. Imagine, hearing the voice of your soon-to-be wife, how cool that is. There are some sect who believe God doesn't speak, but we can speak to Him, how wrong that was! Do you know that I'm posting this article because God spoke to me yesterday night. Some even believe there's no God and God called them " Fools" (psalm 14vs1). We are believers of the word of God, obeying Him. How could they pen down the Scriptures if the Holy Spirit haven't spoke to them to do so.
Beloved, don't let the error of this rebellious world keep you from enjoying God, your Maker. For He longs to speak to you, as a groom longing to go home with His wife. Everything around us, shows that God speaks. The world and everything was framed by His Word (Gen 1 vs 1- 10).
Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
God is Real, and desire to speak to you today, even now. I believe He's speaking to you right now as you are reading this. Count it a privilege! God is ready to speak to as many heart ready to hear and willing to obey. God speaks to everyone, to the sinner it is a voice of repentance.
Think about this works, hanged on nothing, rotating its 360 axis, rolling year in and out, standing over millenniums, and yet never falls, that, God is using to speak to you that "I'm the LORD, the Maker of Heaven and Earth. I change Not!" (Psm 19)
Someone might say:
How can I hear Him? Cos, I can't see Him?
Someone might ask:
Is it possible to Hear God, like real?
Yes, why not! Provided you are ready to hear. He desire to speak to you even when you are not prepare to hear. It is the Desire of the Trinity to speak to you, to have fellowship with you and be your only Ally. God isn't a respecter of person, age, sex, group or position.
He speaks to Samuel a young boy:
1 Samuel 3:4 That the LORD called Samuel: and he answered, Here am I.
He speaks to Jeremiah:
Jeremiah 1:4 Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
He speaks to Moses:
Exodus 3:4 And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.
3:5 And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.
He speaks to the apostles, He speaks at the baptism of Christ. He spoke on the Cross. He spoke through His word. And He desire to speak to you today, because God is still speaking.
These men were men like you and I. Hearing God can bridge the gap between where you are and your next level. Hearing God can help you avert a danger upon a family. Elijah heard God concerning the king of Israel and told him not to pass through a path to avoid the ambush of his enemies. God can speak to you about yourself, your family, your future, your destiny, what He wants you to do, where to go, and how to do it and where to stay!
In this end time, it is important that er hear from God. Hearing Him keeps our love strong in Him. Communication in marriage strengthens the cord of love and ensue free flow of fellowship. It is important we hear God for protection, guidance and direction.
You wouldn't have been where you are today, if you had listen to God. He owns your life, and only Him can direct your path.
Job 33:11 He putteth my feet in the stocks, he marketh all my paths.
Hearing God helps you stay relevant, victorious and living a fulfilling Christian life.
