Thoughts On Leadership

One of the essentials of leadership is to BUILD AND RAISE others. And this doesn't happen without a deliberate thought of INVESTMENT (investing in them Scripturally and positively).

Having people flooding around you is good, but what's their future with you?

Do you even care about their well-being?

Did you even care about what they are going through?

Did you even care about their future?

Is it just for them to carry your clothes and shoes at Beck and call?

Is it just for you to call them alone when you need their services for your ministrations?

Are you keeping them in case of a bomb, so they can shield you?

Can they STAND ALONE without you?

Can you hand over to your followers?

The Lord raised 12 Disciples (even though one was faulty). After the resurrection, He spent time with them teaching them the things of the Kingdom because He knew He'd entrusted them with an assignment. He spent time teaching and meeting their needs.

He bakes food for them to eat.

He washes their feet.

They grow, till they become mighty.

David also raised men to become mighty.

How are your followers?

Weak? Strong? I don't know?

Think about Leadership.

It's about BUILDING, not using!

Have you given your life to Jesus?
