He Wants Your Attention

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand]. Psm 91vs1 AMP

To abide can also mean, to be quiet before Him, listening to the word of His mouth. Observing His narratives. To remain glued and constantly give Him your heart, your ear, your thoughts and everything. To abide means, to forget about yourself and be ready to take His cross-by doing His Will.

Christian life is a relationship between God and Man through Christ. If therefore a relationship, then communication is crucial. No relationship will survive or exist without the fore thought of aiding communication. That is what thrives a home. Imagine a home, where the couples didn't have time for themselves, things will get bumped. As couple, communication is a must. Communication is the oil that moves the marriage vehicle. It is an exchange of thoughts, ideas, personality, vision.... That's the joy of every couple.

God also wants our attention. How can I get information from my father when I don't have time to listen to what He want to say?  As we love to play with our spouses and children, God wants us to create time for Him. So that we can listen to His instructions.

The secret place is not a place for bastards, but for sons who are willing to calm and listen.

Most challenges we face could have been sought by God, if we have only create time for Him. You went out without talking to Him? You make decisions without Him? Is that how we react to the ones we love? God wants our attention. He wants to speak to us. He wants to listen to our heart. He wants to lessen our burden. He wants to ease our pain. He wants to show us His plan for our future.

Are you ready for Him?

Do it today!

Seek Him through His Word, pray and experience His presence.

God bless you!
