Regarding Campus Leadership
There are many reasons why God allowed you to serve in a leadership capacity on campus. And the more reason why we need to find out, "WHAT IS GOD DOING WITH MY LIFE?". God's dealing and calling in beyond a temporal function measured by months.
A lot of people sustain wrong notion that, you must go into ministry immediately after serving. While we can't deny God's calling on your life, also we need to understand God's dealings and timing. While for others the reason is different. That others don't start ministry after service doesn't mean they have backslide. Our patterns are different from each other but with the same God.
I once told some people, "the reason why God allow some of us to serve might be because, He wants to make you a head of a company, or leading a team. So you'll have an idea of how it feels. And even for some of our sisters, it could be that God wants to teach you leadership, headship and how to understand and handle people. Not everyone will go into ministry immediately, and maybe not at all. Some career, business and all."
That they are not having ministerial invites and seeing them on flyers doesn't mean they have lost God. Let's get our motive right and understand the way God deals. There are people who are doing great behind the scenes, but you won't hear anything from them.
Resist the urge to want to show that you still have "fire" by forcing yourself on Ministrations and all. Grow. A day will come, invite will be very many.
Our proof of workmanship is onto God not men.

Know what God is saying concerning you and How He's dealing with you.
Resist the urge to want to prove, you'll fall into many errors. God isn't in an hurry. He's enjoying your company as you walk with Him.
