WHY AM I NOT MARRIED?
Isaiah 62:4 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
I need to bring you to a brief summary of what you might been biting yourself in regrets about.
Marriage, they say is every girl's dream.
Everyone on Earth, as a replica of His of Her Rib. Except, for those that are engraced to stay alone. But if you are someone whose blood boils and passion grows, then you will get married. God is good and everything about our God is good. It is devil that always bring the thought of doubt about the infallibility of God. God wants you to get married, that is the truth.
Ageing has been another major fear from the side of ladies, but I have let them know that fear isn't God's Nature. As far as a child of God is concerned, you know that God's will is for you to experience success in all areas. You don't need the cry. You don't need the thought of giving up. You don't need to lay yourself cheap to foxes who are waiting to exploit you. It can be tempting to see your mates, getting married and start giving birth but you are single. As far as you are Born Again, my sister you have no problem. The only problem is, if don't know how God speaks to you!.
There are 3 Factors to the delay.
1. God's Factor.
There are sometimes, God may delay the process, because so many things aren't in position. (1) He's working on you. Until you reach that level of obedience and understanding He may not release you. Because, it's all about Him. (2) He's working your spouse. While waiting, don't cry but Understanding what God's will is. God is working on you both. (3). God wants you to discover Purpose. After Marriage, is it sex that remains? Bearing Children? No! The Purpose of Marriage is to promote your Purpose. While waiting, God wants you to discover His will for you. (4). Character Check Up. You need to be like Jesus. God wants to dealt with some characters that are not His, He wants to prune you and make you a good wife or husband to your spouse.
2. Devil's factor.
Spells are real, as well as curses. The earlier we can find the root of things we can dispatch them. The Lord Jesus didn't mince word on the works of darkness. The Bible let us know that He triumphant in it. He paved way for Victory for us to walk. But you must walk it. Most times we don't know what we are doing especially when growing up. The reason for some people's delay are due to spell from a witch or occult power. It happens and it's still happening. Don't be afraid, it's truth that must be uncovered before we can fully understand Christ's Victory on the cross. If you noticed this trend, before prayer, be born again. Please be born again. God can only fight for you when you decided to come to His fold. The provision of CHRIST is available, only if you are ready to accept it. Believe in the Lord, accept Him as Lord and Savior. That moment, your chains are weaken off. Don't joke with Spiritual understanding.
Jesus was revealed, to destroy the work of the devil. The victory is certain, unless you walk into it, it will never manifest.
3. Self factor.
Here, it takes being true to self to be able to discover our weakness. It is either conscious or unconscious. And tell major foe here is, CHARACTER AND ATTITUDE. Your attitude can send a suitor away or keep him. Dressing as well. You don't need to dress, seductively to attract a man. You don't need to dress like a Jezebel. Be a man and woman of value. Enviable character. Enjoy the process by becoming like CHRIST.
In within this, you will have understanding. I pray that as many who are ready for marriage, God will bring it to pass in Jesus name.
